Hope Therapy Wellness Center houses a variety of equipment to help you meet all of your exercise needs and goals. Before you are allowed to use the equipment you must attend an orientation walk-through and fill out a participant release form.

• 11:30 am-2:00 pm
• 4:00-7:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:00 am-12:00 pm

**The wellness center is free of charge during open hours.

 

Fitness Classes 

NEW!! Prenatal Yoga: This class will help you stay in tune with your body and assist in centering yourself. It will also offer techniques to gain strength for labor.

• Times vary with participant demand. Please put your name and availability on the request list.  

• $5 for a one day drop-in
• $60 for 20 punch wellness pass
• $38 for 12 punch wellness pass
• Note: The wellness pass may be used in both the wellness center and the therapy pool.

**NO membership fees and your punch card doesn't expire at the end of the month.

• $140 for 4 sessions
• $40 for 1 session
• Note: Times will vary with trainer availability. You must fill out a personal trainer request form.
