Dr. Howard Belon, Ph.D. has been helping individuals with pain management and other psycological services for over 14 years. He received his PhD in Clinical Psycology from the University of Arizona where he also received his BA and MA degrees. He specializes in treating young adults to seniors who are suffering from pain, anxiety, depression, and grief reactions. Biofeedback, Hypnosis and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) are specialized skills he uses in his mind-body approach to helping clients address the many issues that can accompany their chronic pain. As a community service, he runs free support groups for Parkinson's disease and chronic pain at Hope Therapy Center.
Please note: As a psychologist, Dr. Belon does not prescribe medications, but will make recommendations if medication is indicated, collaborate with your doctor, or make a referral to an appropriate medication specialist.
