Aqua Fitness Classes
Arthritis/Fibromyalgia Exercise
This warm water class places an emphasis on gentle exercises for increasing range of motion, strengthening, conditioning, and reduction in pain. This class also offers a mild cardiovascular workout.

- Monday - Friday 10-11 am
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday 2-3 pm
Body Basics
This moderate level aerobic class focuses on strengthening, conditioning, and muscle toning while providing a great cardiovascular workout.
Times
Water Workout
This class is our highest level of cardiovascular work. Stretching, strengthening and muscle toning are also incorporated into this class.

Water Power Sculpt
This high intensity class incorporates cardio vascular training with isolation muscle development. Each class focuses on different muscle groups: Cardio, Arms, Legs, Stomach.

Prenatal Water Workout
This water aerobics class for pregnant women is a fun and energetic class with bits of cardio, strengthening and relaxation. You will also be able to gain endurance and strength for labor.
NEW!! Aqua Dance
This new addition to our aqua aerobics classes is a high energy, exhilarating work out that brings all the fun and pizzazz of Latin dance to the water.
*Please keep in mind that any and all fitness classes offered will be modified to accommodate any fitness level.
Fitness Class Fees
- $60 for a 20 punch pass
- $38 for a 12 punch pass
**NO membership fees and your punch card doesn't expire at the end of the month.
