Swim Lesson Levels
Safety Babies
(6 months-3 years)
This class is to teach you, as a parent, how to swim safely with your child. We also aim to emphasize the introduction of safety skills to your child at this young age. Skills such as floating, gliding, passing, submersions, and rolling over will be taught.
Polliwog
(3-5 years)
This class is designed as a child’s first introduction to a structured class without a parent in the water. Your child will develop basic skills such as blowing bubbles, getting their face wet, holding their breath and walking on the pool bottom.
Guppy
(3-5 years)
New skills such as bobbing, floats, glides, jumping into the water with assistance, as well as an introduction to front crawl.
Turtle
(3-5 years)
A continuation of Guppy, doing all skills unassisted and focusing more on front & back crawl strokes.
Seahorse
(3-5 years)
This class focuses on breath work for front crawl and back crawl, as well as building endurance which will help in their swimming progression.
Jellyfish
(6-12 years)
This level is for students of older ages to begin learning basic techniques for competitive swim and pool safety.
