The Hertzke House and Louie House have a total of eighteen (18) studio apartments with a private bath and a butler kitchen with microwave and under counter refrigerator. Twelve of the apartments are wheelchair accessible with a roll in shower and grab bars. Emergency pull cords notify staff via a wireless pager system. Meals are prepared and shared family style in the large dining area of the Louie House.

The houses are connected via an enclosed Sun Room.

Services Included
- Staff is on premises 24/7 to provide emergency care, monitoring of residence, and oversight/support/assistance as required
- Meals prepared by staff and served to residents three times daily (7:00am; Noon; 5:00pm). The Noon meal is served at the Specialized Adult Day Program Monday through Saturday
- Cleaning of all commons areas
- Place phone calls for resident
- Arranging appointments and schedules, including community, medical, psychological and other services
- Transportation within Greeley-Evans city limits
- Assistance with management of personal funds
- Social-recreation activities
- Weekly TBI Support Group
- Independent Life Skills Training
- CNA services
- Nursing services (Available 24/7)
- Personal Care Providers
- Monitoring the resident’s intake of medication
- Assist resident or provide reminders with activities of daily living including but not limited to:
- Bathing, shaving, dental hygiene, hair care
- Dressing
- Laundry
- Cleaning residents room or bath
- Shopping
Specialized Supportive Staff
Specialized supportive staff is available to assist Stephens Campus staff in assessing and addressing individual needs. This staff may include neuro-psychologist, neuro-psychiatrist, psychologist, occupational therapist, physical therapist, speech therapist and therapeutic recreation specialist. The Director of Brain Injury Services will access this staff on an as needed basis. Specialized supportive staff may also be available to work with individual clients at additional cost.
Specialized Adult Day Services are available Monday through Saturday for both residents and others with in the surrounding community.
