Kryste Haas, OT
Kryste has been in practice as an Occupational Therapist for more than 25 years. She joined Hope Therapy Center in 1999. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Colorado State University and extensive continued education in upper extremity diagnoses. Her years of outpatient experience have been focused in the areas of hand therapy, elbow and shoulder diagnoses, pre-surgical and post-operation shoulder rehabilitation, neuromuscular retraining and cognitive training for patients with neurological disorders. Her training also allows her to provide home safety/ADA remodeling evaluations as well as assessments for appropriate adaptive equipment in the home. She is a positive therapist who believes that supportive relationships with her patients as well as laughter will help them get back on track to enjoy their lives.
Jeanne Rabe, PT
Jeanne has been a practicing Physical Therapist for 30 years. She received her Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Southern Medical Center. Jeanne joined the outpatient therapy team at Hope Therapy Center in 1999 bringing her experience in many areas of therapy from acute care and outpatient settings to working with geriatric patients in long-term care and home health settings. Her diversity makes her an especially well-rounded therapist. Jeanne feels that the patient’s body tells us what it needs if we only listen.
Moni Kohlhoff, PT
Moni Kohlhoff received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2004 after earning her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wyoming. She joined the outpatient therapy team at Hope Therapy Center in 2004 and enjoys working with patients of all ages, disabilities and walks of life. Her interests include orthopedic injuries, sport related injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Michelle Smith, PT
Michelle graduated in 2008 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University. She also has her Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training from Nebraska Wesleyan University. Michelle specializes in working with neck and back pain as well as other orthopedic injuries. She finds it truly rewarding to see patients return to normal function and activities. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family hiking, camping and going to sports events.
Sarah Becker, PTA
Sarah graduated from the University of St. Francis in 2006. Before coming to Hope Therapy Center in 2015 she practiced for several years in outpatient clinics, inpatient hospital settings and long-term care facilities. Sarah has excellent manual therapy skills and her 10 years of experience make her an asset to our clinic.
Stephanie Brown, PTA
Stephanie graduated from Morgan Community College in 2015. She interned at Hope Therapy Center where her caring and treatment of patients was so impressive she was offered a position here in our clinic. Stephanie thoroughly enjoys her job helping people get better and have an improved quality of life. When she is not at work, she is kept busy with her husband and two children. In her free time she likes being outside or spending time with family.
